1.Before use, first remove the die head of the extruder, apply some cooking oil on the internal thread of the die head and the screw head, then tighten the die head and the front flange, and mix the rear flange.
2.After starting up, first idle for half a minute. If there is no abnormal sound, you can put the raw materials into the machine. When the sprayed products can be slowly formed, you can add raw materials in batches and gradually increase the input amount.
3.If during the operation, the extruder has a returning phenomenon, it means that the feeding is too urgent, and the temperature of the die head is less than 120 degrees. At this time, the material should be stopped, and the mold head should be empty to re-spray the new product and then the material is discharged. If the pattern of the die head has a hard non-molded product, it means that the temperature inside the machine is low, and the material should be stopped for idle for a while, and then the normal product is sprayed before the material discharged.
What should we do after the use of the extruder equipment? Firstly, because the wearing parts near the discharge port wear relatively quickly, the wearing parts near the end of the feeding port wear less, so when replacing the wearing parts, they should be replaced from the discharging end in turn, and cannot be replaced many parts at once. Then the expanded raw materials should be cleaned to prevent foreign objects such as metal from entering the machine and damage the parts. Check the quality of the extruder at any time, and pay attention to replacing the wearing parts.
